Product description
PPGL (Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel Coil) refers to pre-painted aluzinc color steel coil. Its base plate is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a 55% Al, 43.5% Zn, 1.5% Si alloy coating formed by hot-dip plating process (complying with ASTM A792 and EN 10346 international standards), and then made through multiple processes such as degreasing, passivation, painting and curing. The product combines the corrosion resistance of aluminum and the sacrificial anode protection of zinc, with tight bonding between the coating and the base plate. Compared with ordinary galvanized color steel coil (PPGI), the outdoor service life is more than doubled, making it an ideal choice for construction projects in coastal, high-ultraviolet and high-humidity areas.

1.Super Weather Resistance: The 55% aluzinc alloy coating forms a dense oxide film, combined with high weather-resistant coating, the outdoor service life can reach 20-30 years, with excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays, rain erosion and salt spray corrosion, suitable for coastal and harsh outdoor environments.
2.Excellent Corrosion Resistance: The dual effect of aluminum's barrier protection and zinc's sacrificial anode protection effectively delays the corrosion of the base plate, and the corrosion resistance is 3-5 times higher than that of traditional galvanized color steel coil.
3.Excellent Coating Adhesion: Through strict surface pretreatment and high-temperature curing process, the coating is firmly bonded to the base plate, not easy to peel off or blister, and the coating integrity is good during processing and forming.
4.Rich Customization Options: Support customization of coating weight (AZ150/AZ180/AZ200), coating type (PE/SMP/HDP/PVDF), color (optional RAL color card), width (1000-1250mm standard, customizable), thickness (0.3-1.2mm) to meet different project needs.
5./ Environmental Protection and Energy Saving: The product complies with REACH/ROHS environmental standards, with low VOC emissions from the coating and recyclable; the surface coating has good reflection performance, which can reduce building energy consumption.
