Color-coated Steel Sheets
Color-coated steel sheets typically refer to products manufactured by applying (roll-coating) paint or bonding organic films onto surface-treated substrates, followed by baking. These sheets can be further processed into final products. Internationally, they are known as “pre-painted steel sheets.” Since these products leave the factory with beautiful colors or patterns, they are also called “color-coated steel sheets.” In China, the term “color-coated steel sheet” is more commonly used, often abbreviated as “color-coated sheet” or simply “color sheet.”
Primary specifications for the company's color-coated steel sheets: thickness 0.12-2.0mm, width 600-1500mm; line speed: 220m/min; coating types include polyester, silicone-modified polyester, polyurethane, polyvinylidene fluoride, high-polyester, epoxy resin, acrylic, etc. This production line possesses the capability to manufacture mid-to-high-end products such as architectural panels and appliance panels. It employs a two-coat, two-bake production process with complete workflows, utilizing an electrically heated, straight-through hot air circulation system for the drying ovens.

Coating Performance
PE: Good adhesion, durability, chemical resistance. Servicelife is 7-10 years.
SMP: Excellent hardness, heat resistance. lt has the gooddurability and powder resistance, giossy resistance. Servicelife is 10-12 years.
HDP: Better UV resistance, high durability , the mainly per-formance between PE and PVDF coating. Service life is10-15 years.
PVDF: Best formatlity and color retention, excellent outdoordurbility, dust resistance, solvent resistance. Service life is20-25 years.
