Galvanized Aluminum-Zinc Coil
Aluminized zinc plate refers to the steel plate coating added with aluminum (passivation protection) on the basis of zinc. The general composition is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. lt has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, which is 2-4 times that of galvanized plate. it also has the high-temperature corrosion resistance of aluminum plate, smooth surface and good appearance, but the forming and welding resistance of its coating are slightly poor. In foreign countries, about 40% of the aluminum zinc plating is directly used, and about 60% of the plates are further used as color coated substrates.

◎ Heat resistance
Ordinary hot-dip galvanized products are usually used at a tem-perature of no more than 230 'C, and will change color at 250 °CThe aluminized zinc plate can be used for a long time at 315 °C
◎ High reflectivity
The ability to reflect heat and light is twice that of hot-dip galva-nized steel plate, and the reflectivity is greater than 0.70, whichis better than 0.65 specified by EPAENERGY Star. lt is an idealbuilding material for energy conservation.
